I honestly think they should've reduced the resolution to 720p when docked to try and increase the framerate to 60. Framerate is more important than resolution on these kind of games.
Do you even know whether Zoe's allegations are true or not?
Because if they are true, you are going to purchase Night in the Woods in honor of a rapist.
And trust me, people don't claim they were raped slightly. It's not an easy statement to make, and by statistics alone, most of these claims end up being true.
Your take, and the take of most people on this comment section, is awful. It's because of people like you that ...
What a pretty shit take, dude. You are disgusting, you and every single one of the people that clicked on the agree button.
I get it, you like dudes. Just don't play this then.
Hell, you can't complain about lack of realism if you were fine with the previous game, where Joel in the end murders an entire complex full of militia men armed to the teeth all alone. If you can suspend your disbelief long enough to accept that in-game, why can't a small girl also held her own in fights against men, especially if she's armed? Lol.
I'm sure this dude also hated The Lost Legacy and Uncharted 4 because of Nadine. XD
Not going to happen. It still won't come close to base Xbox One in terms of power, dude, keep it real. It's a mobile device, they have to account for size and battery life.
Cause it didn't even have Gran Turismo.
That's like releasing a NES Classic and not including Super Mario Bros.
"This Animal Crossing delay is a bigger problem than it would normally be since the peaceful adventure game was set to anchor Nintendo's holiday line-up."
Yeah, I agree, this is a big problem. Now Nintendo doesn't have anything for the holidays, only a couple little indie games that you probably haven't heard about, called Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. Poor Nintendo, they are doomed. :(
Of course it does. Switch is closer in power to the Xbox 360 / PS3 generation, not the current one. Still, they managed to cram the entirety of Witcher III on a small cartridge to be played in a console the size of a small tablet, and that is quite a feat.
And of course people are complaining about the graphics. I mean, really? Of course it's downgraded. It's for the Switch, which is the size of a small tablet in case you guys haven't noticed. That will never come close to Xbox One, let alone PS4, levels of power.
Any AAA current gen game that gets ported to the Switch will get a visual downgrade, that much is a given. Are you gonna keep singing the same old tired song every time one of these are announced? Get ov...
Show me a PS2 game that looked like that. I'll wait.
I'm getting my hopes up because it's directed by Stig Assmussen, who directed God of War III, which was a fantastic game. :)
Disappointing? Yes.
Surprising? Not at all.
This is Nintendo after all. I've long ago come to accept that they are a fucking joke when it comes to online implementation for everything. They're so damn backwards it's almost hilarious.
That said, I'm still getting Mario Maker 2 day one. Game looks fun as hell.
Doesn't mean it's right. We need more people pushing against these shitty practices, not excusing them. At least on Project Red they pay for overtime, but the majority of game studios don't.
Fuck that shit. People should work to make a living, not the other way around.
If you're going to criticize Fortnite for being derivative and not original, you know Minecraft was also derivative, right? Minecraft was very heavily inspired by (if not straight copied) Infiniminer. Even Notch has admitted as much.
In most cases, it doesn't matter which came first, but who did it best.
Did you somehow manage to miss the news that Minecraft is the best selling game of all time? Microsoft doesn't need to make it a competitor to anything.
You're misinformed, Jason Schreier is Kotaku's news editor, dude. It's on his Kotaku profile. He's been employed at Kotaku for many years now.
Kotaku freelancer? If / when Stephen Totilo leaves, Jason Schreier is the most likely candidate to become the Editor in Chief...
It is. But then again, pretty much all handheld devices are uncomfortable to hold for extended periods of time. The Switch is still better to hold than the 3DS, DS, and everything that came before, in my opinion (can't speak for PSP / PS Vita because never personally owned neither).
