@otterx tweeted is the popularly accepted past tense application of tweet, which is the accepted present form of posting in twitter. :P
Microsoft hasn't managed that in 3 generations. What makes you think they will do it this time?
No upgrade whatsoever is a lie. Sunshine and Galaxy have been updated to HD, and Sunshine to widescreen, and Mario 64's resolution has been ramped up as well, although not quite HD still.
The PS4 offers something different. The value of both products can only be assessed in a personal basis. Just because the PS4 has more value for YOU does not mean it's the same for everyone else.
Besides, a lot of people buy more than one console. I own a PS4 and a Switch myself.
Because people like it and what it offers. Simple.
You're hilarious. You're aware that BOTW inspired this game, right?
No, of course you aren't.
This is misleading. It does require motion controls when playing in TV and tabletop mode. You can use the Joycon or you can use the Pro Controller, but in both cases, you will have to use the gyro inputs for star collecting and other stuff like in the original game.
It just won't require motion controls when playing on handheld mode, in which case those will be replaced by touch screen options.
The pro controller has the same gyro sensors as the Joycon, so maybe it would use that, along with the right stick... just a guess.
I highly doubt that, since the games included on this collection are among the best selling games on the respective consoles they originally came out for. There's absolutely no reason to think this game wouldn't sell well. This decision by Nintendo just makes no sense whatsoever.
I agree with that regarding exclusive games, those are necessary to make game consoles enticing. However, exclusive content for multiplatform games is bullshit, always has been, always will be.
Halo Infinite is also coming out for PC. And PC gamers are used to playing at 120 fps or more on their monitors....
Technically, 2. Don't forget Lost Legacy, which started as DLC and ended up being a complete new game.
While it's true the Switch has plenty of ports (which isn't a bad thing IMO), it also has plenty of good exclusive content.
Mario Odyssey, Smash Bros Ultimate, Super Mario Maker 2, ARMS, Splatoon 2, Astral Chain, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Zelda Link's Awakening, Cadence of Hyrule, Golf Story, FAST RMX, Mario + Rabbids, Tetris 99, Octopath Traveler, Ringfit Adventure, Pokemon Sword / Shield, Pokemon Let's Go, Yoshi's Crafted World, Super Mario Party, Mario ...
While I agree with you regarding the power of Nintendo's own studios, that does not change the fact that the Switch will be 2 full generations behind once PS5 and Series X release, power-wise. I know that's not the focus of the Switch, being portable and all, but it's still a weird position to be in.
Honestly that's a bit on you too, for not getting a screen protector for your Switch.
Also, lately, Gorilla Glass has been prioritized to make devices more resistant to drops, not scratches. You can't have both. And it so happens that the Switch's plastic screen is extremely resistant to drops, precisely because it's made of plastic as opposed to glass. The downside, obviously, is that it's scratch-prone, which is why it's hella important to get a sc...
@indysurfin
every single game on Steam is digital for obvious reasons, yet you routinely see sales and games being sold cheaper in Steam than anywhere else.
That's stupid. It's just a matter of implementing it properly. Paladins has had crossplay for ages now, and multiple inputs (as in, K/M and controller) are enabled by default in casual games, but not on ranked.
So yeah, just do something similar in Apex, I guess?
Look dude, of course Red Dead Redemption 2 is a humongous game, but still, Rockstar's output this gen just doesn't compare to last gen.
- GTA IV
- Red Dead Redemption
- GTA IV DLC: The Lost & The Damned, and Ballad of Gay Tony
- Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare
- GTA V with GTA Online
vs
- GTA Online
- Red Dead Redemption 2
So, this was the first generatio...
I like Mixer more than Twitch and I don't care for the Xbox brand.
Now go ahead and try to find comments on my history that single me as a Microsoft fanboy. I'll wait.
Lmao.
Minecraft says hi.
