How hard is it to make a dark shirt with blood red writing: "you died" ?
Can't be that hard...
If they don't bring the next zelda game to the wii u, I'll probably never buy another nintendo system...
They kinda owe us wii u owners at least that.
yeah, since everything is x86 there simply NO excuse to not bring a multiplat game to the PC. I'll wait and see if it is for me. I guess that time it takes to get released on PC is exactly the time I'll take to decide if it's any good.
I really enjoyed some FF titles but that doesn't mean anything since every new part is a completely different game (except the direct sequels like X-2). Since FFX there wasn't anything that really interested me in the series so FFXV ...
@t-hall785: dude you can't say something for the xbox while saying something against he ps4. This is n4g yo. Only ps4 praise plz.
I don't get it. The xb1 us what it is. The hardware is kinda bad and this game looks amazing. That this kind of visuals can be achieved on that kind of hardware is astonishing. If you want control over your resolutions and framerate you need to go pc. It's as simple as that.
What they need this year is some really interesting games. And I don't mean uncharted... the ps4 is a cool console but it doesn't have those killer apps yet, compared to older sony consoles.
The problem is that about 50% of people preorder anyway and many others buy day one. Meaning sales are mostly based on what you see before release and marketing, not the actual game. People see a visually amazing scene at e3 and based off that they preorder. They are disappointed when the game comes out but they already bought the game.
Unless we stop preordering and buy dlc we will only see this trend increase. Huge marketing campaigns for shitty games that require you to buy dlc for...
Love how two years later everyone runs out to get an always on camera for their living room :D
It's good that we have competition in the vr department. Let's wait and see if what the psvr offers is enough for a good experience. The guys at oculus could have made a 60hz device too and sell it way cheaper but they didn't because they realised it would suck. So I really think we have to wait and see. Maybe the psvr offers good enough vr for a smaller price. But maybe...
Wow seems like I finally get to play a forza game! Hype!
I'll get he goty edition in a year or so :) I have like 5 other games to play on my list anyway but starcraft 2 legacy of the void is just too good!
Modern games usually can't compete with the level of enthusiasm and passion those games were crafted with. The music, the characters and story from games back in the day like FF VI are unmatched. The only thing that improved today is the graphics. Gameplay has not always changed for the better. Everything has to be a 3rd person shooter for example... :/
Great, but I still won't install origin to play this game.
I agree but I don't think sony can repeat the ps3. So many amazing exclusive titles on one system! I bought a ps3 after the ps4 got released and played amazing exclusives on it for over half a year and nothing else (I play mainly on my pc).
The ps4 has nothing in comparison so far. Only a bunch of remakes and maybe bloodborn? I'd play that one game but that isn't really anything new... just a twist on the souls series which started on the ps3. As a second system the ps4 ha...
I don't think that was intentional. The wii u is a good concept. But consoles always have to stay within a certain budget. No one wants a 800 bucks powerhouse (see ps3). All 3 consoles on the market are incredibly underpowered and dirt cheap because of that. That's what people want.
I think the divisions looks are intentional. This is supposed to be realistic and not a shiny magic fantasy world like the witcher 3 (which is the best looking game in general for me). This is how a broken deserted city in winter would look like I think.
To me everything is uninteresting with this game though. Cover based 3rd person shooter, I'm soo over that. At least give me a melee class or something.
Almost any game can profit from the second screen, and when it's implemented properly especially open world and rpg type games are amazing with it. You have the map right there and set waypoints without having endless menus taking you out of the game. Xenoblade chronicles X is a blast to play with the wii u gamepad.
That being said, I don't really like the controller parts themselves. No analog triggers, the sticks have not enough travel distance and huge deadzones an...
I bought quite a few games only because I had he ability to try them out before buying. Either they bring demos back as a regular thing for all games or I just won't buy games that I'm on the fence about.
Don't get me wrong this might be a good thing for pc gaming and I hope studios will put more effort into pc ports when they are selling better. But the mindsets of a lot of companies need to change. Right now all I feel is how they try to milk my money with dlc and preord...
Just no. Games create a unique experience. If you make it too easy you take away from that experience. SC2 is a good example. On casual it's like playing with cheats and some missions that are designed to be really tense lose impact. I don't have anything against options but if it's the designers choice to only have one difficulty then that's totally fine.
All a new nintendo console needs is good games including third party titles. Which means enough power and easy enough programmability for Devs. The controls etc don't matter I gladly try out new stuff as long as I can play THE GAMES I want to play. The wii u is a better console than xbox and ps4 in theory, but it doesn't have the games (lack of power and different architecture) to make it a real competitor. But I'd choose a perfect fallout 4 wii u edition with map/inventory on the...
Still not worth it for me. I got unity for free when I bought my graphics card and after that game I won't spend more than 10$ on any release in that franchise. I refuse to blow money up their ass for releasing the same game every year.
