Reviewers totally ignore most technical issues and bugs nowadays especially if it's a big title. Unless the game releases in a Cyberpunk manner.
Baldur's Gate 3 had a lot of flaws that were overlooked.
Still doesn't matter though. Your review is in the algorithm at that point.
Steam reviews are genuinely one of the worst ways to gauge if a game is good enough. Absolutely useless. People play a game for less than 1 hour and leave a positive review, and also a negative review. There should be a minimum % of the game required to play to leave a review, or a minimum hours played.
Honestly the review system is worse for games that are skewed more on the positive side in my opinion even more so than review bombs. All these indie games that cost &...
I would argue giving a game a 10/10 with no context is also grounds for deleting as well. It goes both ways. It’s certainly not an all time great or near flawless game.
We live in a 0 or 10 society now unfortunately so all reviews should remain.
Well the article says "over" 100 GB. So if they were using them wouldn't it require.....2 discs?
Don't understand what you're contemplating lol
I saw this was on sale currently on PS and have always been curious to try it out because it's different than other shooters. I just got a PS5 a month ago.
Is it worth getting into even though it's going on year 6? I'm assuming the fact that they are putting resources into making a PS5 upgrade and providing a roadmap means the game is doing fairly well and is looking at another few years of support?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
That's probably because they haven't released anything since the new generation of consoles have come out, so everything is finally trying to come out in 2024.
And we're not giving them credit for 3rd partt companies they acquired so stuff like Pentiment, Starfield etc don't count.
Why the fuck would Sony want a dude who abandoned his studio after making a mediocre game?
He had a chance to do something special on the first game and he failed though…
This is what most people do to even good games, including gamepass. Kind of funny when you think about it.
It's been out 1 day and Starfield is peak Bethesda in your opinion? Interesting you can come to a conclusion on that without hundreds of hours invested like the other games.
It took years of early access just to launch this game. I doubt they want to make a 10-15 hour DLC and have to deal with all the QA and testing it would take to ensure there are no issues. Have to imagine that would take at least a year just to get it ready, and that’s a year they could spend on a new game.
The game is massive and will require 2-3 playthroughs to get the most out of it anyway which is just as good as getting good DLC (which lets be honest most DLC is avera...
I just don’t see why someone would buy this when you can just get a Samsung or an Amazon Fire HD 8/10 for cheap when on sale. I got the Fire 8 with the Luna Controller bundle for like $110 last month. The controller is actually really good, I’m actually blown away by how good it feels. It competes with Xbox and PS controller.
If this somehow was able to have the PS Plus Streaming service it would be a game changer and worth every penny. Otherwise I don’t see the point.
AC Valhalla was a newer release when it was added. Those types of games they usually put on for 3 months. Like they did for Red Dead 2 also.
The older games are part of Ubisoft Classics or whatever it’s called.
Either way not a big deal, no one cares about the Crew that much right now
If you haven’t started the series by now, you probably won’t. It’s been available on PlayStation, Xbox and the games are always dirt cheap. For years….
@purple101 well if you're going back 20 years of gaming then you were in the GameCube and Wii era so I don't understand how you can not pay full retail price except on N64.
Feel like you're maybe using a little hyperbole to emphasize a point. I'm sure you've paid full price for something over the last 2 decades.
I love GFN. Play exclusively over wifi and it’s like 90% good experience. Play on PC and Samsung tablet. Yeah every once in a while it’s off buts it’s cloud streaming, to be expected. It’s much better service than Shadow/Xbox/PS.
Also don’t know what you mean by long time to get into games. I’m in every game even with logging in credentials to launchers within 30 seconds. You have to understand it’s doing a full install every time you play so it’s going to take 30-60 secon...
Xbox cloud streaming was good at first but seems like it has gone downhill a ton the past year. When Halo first came out I was playing online and doing above average just for perspective. Now I can’t even play Halo online because resolution and smoothness so bad
Because people always have to say things are either underrated or overrated. Can never just be in the middle, it’s not allowed
I really don't see the point of Motorsport. I'm not a big racing person but I play I started playing Forza because it's on GP and figured why not. After playing the last 2 Horizon's Motorsport feels a little underwhelming. I thought it was really weird how Motorsport had like an RPG element with leveling stuff up. It took a lot of the immersion out of the game for me for being a realistic simulator. If you're going to have elements like that I would rather just play H...
