I'm owed one anyway since I preordered the special ed, but people best get their codes so I can beat 'em!

Hmm, well I can't particularly say it's been of great interest to me. It's a shame for any game to get a big delay but we'll see how it works. Overkill lost me with their recent choices on payday 2 and how they're treating the community like crap.

Eh, it's easy to say that. I can't particularly say I've ever been huge on the Uncharted story. Drake isn't the most appealing of blokes to say the least. However, the new one looks like it could be a little more interesting.

I've heard that countless times before. Let's hope it wont be pay to win, but I wouldn't hold my breath over it!

Will have to wait and see on the loss in visuals from PC to consoles. There's ways to reduce how noticeable the differences are, by being savvy in what you aim to reduce first. Then again, PS4 does have some damn good looking games out for it so I can't see SNOW not looking great.

Snow! I remember when this first came out. Seems a while back, nice to see it's still progressing. Pretty ambitious though, maybe a little too, considering I would imagine it's a niche title at best.

I don't trust Ubi as far as I can throw em, but I am looking forward to Division. If it looks this good and plays as well as it could, should be a fantastic game!

I think it's a difficult sort of thing. What has been in decline are traditional Japanese games, not games developed by Japanese companies (of sorts anyway). For example, the traditional JRPG's have all become more westernised with the active time battle systems instead of turn based. A lot of genres have moved to "realism" instead of fun.

But in any way, this lineup is looking brill. I chose the right console!

Well, it's a bit of wishful thinking on the sales figures. But then again, it's all speculation. Analysts thought the Wii U would do well.

All of the VR is a bit out of my price range though, especially since the UK price tends to be at around 1/1 on the dollar, which is a rip-off by any sense of the word.

I think it's more that a large number of exclusives are coming to PC. Very few PS exclusives are making their way to my platform. Main reason the PS4 won out in my decision to finally return to the console market last month. Went 3 years without a console, thought it was about time!

3452d ago 3 agree3 disagreeView comment

It's about time. However, it doesn't hurt the Xbox too much. The average PS4 owner wont have a top-end gaming rig. All it means is that people like me, who has both a good gaming PC and PS4, is that I finally get to play all of the stuff.

Well, that would be the case if it wasn't for them all being Windows 10 exclusive. I just outright refuse to get that for the horrible intrusive ads that MS forced on Windows 7 & 8 as essential updates. It was outright horrib...

So many top games to look forward to. A lot of those, like in anybodies anticipated games, I'm not bothered about. But I'm looking forward to a few still!

It's hard to see how they're cocking it up as time goes on. Subsequent BF and now Battlefront games are losing features and they have to shoehorn in a mention that they'll mention future DLC in the future. Fix the game now, release DLC later. Best way.

The question is whether these new IP's will actually be good or just mediocre fluff like their big IP's of previous generations, Halo, Gears, etc. I'd love to see Microsoft actually get some strong first party IP's, especially ones that have a bit of variety instead of being generic shooters.

It makes sense that they would improve on the iteration since the Xbox One is provably inferior to the PS4, regardless of what any fan of either would say.
This will be the Xbox One Slim or whatever the next version will be. The Xbone will look nothing like it started. No more Kinect as a forced attachment, the price was lowered to compete, now the specs are changing.

It's looking like 2016 will be a good year for RPGs. A number of huge titles like Star Ocean, South Park: Fractured but Whole, Kingdom Hearts III and of course the initial part of the FFVII remake (assuming it hits a planned 2016 release). To make a few really. But it's all subjective.

Fair play to them, they are correct. When the action never lets up, it gets boring. However, Tomb Raider also gets boring because there's never any real bright spot for new Lara. It goes from worse to worse with no real levity other than "Oh, she survived the new butchery".

It's to be expected, Ubisoft need to up themselves from previous iterations. FC3 was a breath of fresh air, FC4 had Pagan Min and now FCP (5?) will have old stuff and anything to attract attention!

Utter insanity and, quite frankly, stupidity. The very best games launch with bugs because of the scope and sheer depth they offer. Witcher 3, every TES game after Morrowind, earlier Total War games. Even the ever popular Bloodborne isn't without bugs. However, one or two have complained about Witcher 3's framerate, I never had any issues (though I do have a good PC).

Looks outstanding. The game itself also sounds incredibly interesting, one I'm sorely tempted to get in on now. Just depends how much I want to spend!
