That's because UE3 is already well optimized for the Xbox 360. It's not without its flaws on either platform, but PS3 developers are currently having a lot more problems with it.

I can't understand how anyone but a pure Sony fanboy could see this as better than getting exclusivity on GTA 4 or even getting exclusive GTA 4 content. If Microsoft was to get a new exclusive franchise from Square Enix as a compensation for not getting Final Fantasy XIII, would everyone be like "OMG, megaton! FF is doomed!" or more like "hm, could be interesting..."?
