I'll give you Forza 2, but PGR 4 are GT 5 are definitely in the same league, as far as visuals are concerned.
As Assumedkilla said, we should see all of them being played before making any judgments. So far we've seen Forza 2 and PGR 4 gameplay footage, but not a bit of GT 5 gameplay. Even GT:HD looked amazing in the replay mode (remember that photorealistic Xanavi Nismo Z video?), but in the gameplay mode? Not so much.

I would need to have both the 360 and the Wii before I'd even consider buying the PS3 (I just like their game line-ups more and games are all that matters to me, I don't give a damn about extra features), and I would need to be able to buy it for $300.
But, uh, they didn't match the E3 05 trailer, pretty much every preview agrees with that. It still looks fantastic, of course, but this isn't it.
Those are games YOU thought were decent, but there are many more good ones. The problem is not in Xbox 360's game library, the problem is in your bias.
Play gave 9.5 to Sonic the Hedgehog. Yes, the hideous next-gen Sonic the Hedgehog. NINE POINT FIVE. That's an almost perfect score.
Anyway, later they dropped it a notch and corrected it to still astronomical 8.5 (the game's metascore is at 4.6).
I just love those silly statements PS3 developers make. "Killzone 2? Using only 40% of PS3's power, you know? Yeah, we didn't want to use all of it, we're cool like that."
Why would they? They're covered by the contract. In fact, they're probably suing exactly because they believe Epic hasn't been adhering to their contractual obligations.
