Seasonal events are always exciting in multiplayer games. They usually come with many new goodies, like skins, emotes, and similar cosmetics. In The Finals, the Easter event is almost upon us and fans are speculating what novelties it will bring.
However, there seems to be a new skin, hidden in plain sight. In one of the latest trailers, you may have noticed a couple of new skins. There seems to be an easter-bunny one, and fans are already going crazy over it. We still don’t know that it’s coming as part of the event for sure, but that didn’t stop the fans from speculating.
Community’s Thoughts on The Possible New Skin for The Finals Easter Event
The rumored new Easter event skin for The Finals is, as you probably already guessed, is huge fluffy, pink bunny outfit. Moreover, the fans love it, as shown on Feeling_Cockroach_18’s Reddit post.
The sheer creativity of The Finals is one of the selling points, as one Redittor stated: “One of my favorite things about this game is that it doesn’t take itself serious and because the PCs are VR projections the sky is the limit for the wackiness.” and krozbones agreed with: “A single given match can pit players dressed in Tacticool, Edgelord, Uglymaxxing, Neon Cowboy, Aerobic gear, Not-Elvis, and all sizes of green men from space together and I think that is great.”
Others speculate on whether this will be a single-piece skin or if will you be able to mix and match the separate pieces with others. The post’s author Feeling_Cockroach_18 said: “Yeah, let’s hope it’s separate, would be really fun to play around with. Either way, I’m assuming we get the hot pink gloves and the bunny headpiece so that’s still something haha”.
It seems that players really do want as much customization as possible, so they can get creative, as MissingNerd stated: “Wish it was just basic bunny ears. I’d put them on so many outfits”. The bunny ears may be separate, we’ll know when the event drops. Lastly, there is some hype over the finger-guns pose, with fans stating: “That pose is so sick”. We expect that the new pose will be an Epic rarity, if not more.
Easter Event Release Date Speculations
While there is no official information on when the Easter event will drop, the fans speculate that it will be somewhere between March 20, 2024 (the first day of Spring) and the end of the month. It seems that this event will be a real blast, especially if they add an easter-themed map and more weapon skins (we hope to see an Egg-Grenade Launcher)
