Adequately, this game mode is not focused on fighting and shooting. Rather, the focus is on building stuff, on your own or with friends. To build stuff, naturally, you need resources. Some resources are in abundance, like wood for example. Others, not that much. Brightcore is one of the latter, so read on to see how to get it in LEGO Fortnite.
How to Get Brightcore in LEGO Fortnite?
To get Brightcore, you first have to enter a cave in Dry Valley. Once inside, look for rocky patches with large glowing orange ores in them. Be careful as caves in the Dry Valley are dangerous and quite hot, so prepare for some fighting and overheating. When you find those Brightcore patches, just hit them with your Pickaxe until destroyed and they will drop some Brightcore. The tricky part is that Brighcore patches are usually in some nasty places, like over some lava. It is important to note that you need a Rare (Blue) Pickaxe to be able to mine Brightcore.

How to Craft a Rare Pickaxe?
A Rare Pickaxe is needed to mine Brightcore so let’s see how to craft one. First, you need a Rare Crafting Bench. That is the hardest part, for to upgrade a Bench from Uncommon to Rare you need a lot of materials. Those materials are 12 Knotroot Rods, 15 Marble Slabs, six Sand Claws, and three Sand Shells. The Pickaxe itself is easy to make, requiring only three Flexwood Rods and three Sand Claws. You can get Sand Claws by defeating Sand Wolves.
