Heist Bags can be found in six locations during Chapter 4 Season 4: Eclipsed Estate, Frenzy Fields, MEGA City, Relentless Retreat, Sanguine Suites, and Slappy Shores. The bags will can be found by searching these places often sitting on the ground or on tables, similar to treasure chests.
Eclipsed Estate is located in the northwest just south of Breakwater Bay, and it replaces The Citadel from previous seasons.
