How to Do the Ballistic Shield Charge Quest?
To finish this quest, you have to deal damage to an opponent by charging them with a Ballistic Shield and eliminating them. The final blow can either be with the Shield itself, or you can follow up with something else. In short, you have to damage an opponent with a Shield charge and be the one to finish them off. If someone else deals the killing blow, you have to do this all over again.
To charge with the Ballistic Shield in Fortnite, you will see the prompt button on the left-hand side of the screen while holding the Shield. Usually, it is the same button as for sprinting. To bash, you have to slam into an opponent while running with the shield. This is best done in confined spaces since it limits the opponent’s ability to move out of the way. Simple enough. Now, where to get that Ballistic Shield?
Where to Find Ballistic Shield
A Ballistic Shield can drop like any other loot item in the game, you can get it from chests, etc. But, if you want to rely on something other than luck, you can buy it from a certain NPC. From Classy Courts, head on east until you find the Slumberyard. Inside is an NPC vendor called Sonor and he can sell you a Ballistic Shield for 250 gold. A way more reliable option than looting random chests, especially if you are hell-bent on completing this Quest.
