You are excited about Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and you want to know if the upcoming reboot sequel will have a campaign mode? Glad to have you here for we have the answers that you need to know.
There has been a plethora of multiplayer first-person shooters out there, but Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare series is one of those that stood out. Aside from its fast-paced action in its multiplayer/co-op modes, its story/campaign mode specifically its 2011 iteration of Modern Warfare 3 was one of the reasons why it was well-received by both players and critics.
With the upcoming release of its reboot, the CoD community is wondering whether the game will still be having a campaign mode similar to 2011’s version.
Will There Be A Campaign in MW3 2023?
The answer’s yes. There will still be a campaign mode in Modern Warfare 3. Per the description on the official Call of Duty website, players will have to adapt or die in a fight against the ultimate threat. It was also noted that in addition to the franchise’s cinematic campaign missions, the new MW3 will be ushering in open combat missions where players have more freedom on how they would handle missions.

Operation 627
Back in August, it was revealed in a blog post that the first mission in MW3’s campaign mission will be dubbed Operation 627. Players will be heading back to the Kastovian capital of Verdansk as a new threat has emerged and locked down the entire city.
It sure is awesome that campaign story missions will still be a part of the upcoming reboot sequel.
