We’re all big fans of Diablo IV here, and adding our personal touch with unique titles has added an extra layer of fun to the gameplay. Now, we’re excited to share our own experience and guide on how to add a title in Diablo 4 to help you customize your gaming journey too. Get ready because adding a title in Diablo 4 is surprisingly easy, and you can walk about knowing other users think your title is awesome!

Diablo 4 – How To Equip Titles
Equip a title in Diablo 4, you say? That’s what we thought at first! But, with a bit of in-game exploration, we figured it out. First, you have to earn one. Rest assured, you won’t have to move mountains for this. Just play the game naturally, and soon enough, you’ll find yourself with a title.
Open Your Character Profile
Start by opening your character equipment and inventory menu. In the top left of this menu, underneath your name, you’ll find a red button named ‘Profile.’ We discovered that clicking this opens up the Profile menu, the hub for all things title-related. Exciting, right?
Selecting a Title
At the bottom of the new menu, there’s a red ‘Edit’ button. Once pressed, two columns titled ‘Prefix‘ and ‘Suffix‘ appear. You can choose any prefix and suffix to form your title. For instance, ‘Blue‘ as a prefix and ‘Bear‘ as a suffix creates the title ‘Blue Bear.’ A fitting title for a fearless warrior, don’t you think?
Once you’ve chosen and both words are highlighted in red in the columns, make sure to click the ‘Confirm‘ button or your title will not be saved. Now, you might notice that many of the prefix/suffix options are greyed out and locked. But don’t worry! The more you immerse yourself in the game, the more titles you’ll unlock. So keep adventuring and check back often. It’s time to carve out your own title in the world of Diablo 4!
