How to Level Up Quickly? Destiny 2 Players Share Their Best Tips

Grinding is great, don’t get us wrong, but everyone gets tired of it sometimes. Thankfully, some games, especially the ones that have been out for a while, have great veterans who are willing to share their knowledge. Destiny 2 is one of those games, and its community is more than happy to share tips on how to level up as quickly as possible.

Destiny 2 Player Asks for the Help of the Community

One player, DesmondTheMoonSloth, found themselves in a bind, they wanted to make some progress but just didn’t have the time, nor the patience for that. This player was smart to turn to their community and ask for help.

They shared: “I’m trying to level and progress a Hunter and Titan to be endgame ready from basically character creation. Already have a Warlock at powerful cap which should boost the level of gear I get as far as I know. Trying to optimize as best I can my gains cause I don’t feel like spending a whole lot of time getting them both endgame ready”.

The community quickly reminded the player that the level was account wide, One player, ambello, explained: “There is not an optimal way to go about it. Any pinnacle reward will contribute equally to your progress. It’s just rng at this point”.

Fans Gladly Offer Tips on How to Level Up

Of course, different players have different approaches. So, several Destiny 2 players had actual tips on what to do to level up quickly. The solution was quite simple, but someone with less Destiny 2 knowledge probably wouldn’t be able to come up with it on their own.

One extremely helpful player, samthebigdad, suggested: “You can grab their respective armors from the season pass and it will drop at power cap since your main is already there”. When it comes to builds, the same player offered some solid advice as well.

They stated: “Titan you definitely want to prioritize resilience. Not sure what exotics you have but Synthoceps is almost never a bad choice. Strongholds are amazing with sword builds. Hazardous propulsion pairs very well with rocket launchers and rocket sidearms (The Call, Aberrant Action, Buried Bloodline, Indebted Kindness). Prismatic Titan with consecration and knockout is very strong in the endgame”.

Another player, whateverchill2, added: “Synthoceps are tough to go wrong with on Titan fairly universally. For Hunter, celestial nighthawk, liar’s handshake, and gyrfalcon’s are a few of the best PvE exotics but are more class-dependant. For armor with good stat distributions, I would just focus gear from Failsafe for now”.

The next time you feel stuck, just remember that the Destiny 2 community is one of the best communities out there. Players are more than happy to help each other, and even form life-long friendships. So, feel free to join them in your home away from home.
