To gain these bonuses, you have to interact with an Altar of Lilith after you’ve found it. You will know if you claimed it or not by the red glow held in the statue’s hands. If it’s dimmed, you have already claimed it. You can also consult your map to see all the marked Altars of Lilith that you have discovered.
What Are the Bonuses Granted by Altars of Lilith in Diablo IV?
The bonuses granted by Altars of Lilith come in several forms. Each statue has a fixed bonus that it can give, meaning it’s not random. When you interact with one of these altars, you will gain one of several possible bonuses:
- +2 to Strength
- +2 to Dexterity
- +2 to Willpower
