The simple answer is yes, Fae Farm does include cross platform. Up to four players can interact with one another while playing on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam or the Epic Games Store. All three platforms can play multiplayer with each other.
The game’s studio Phoenix Labs demonstrated the cross-platform feature in a live stream, where up to four players can group up and take care of a farm together cooperatively. Players will not be competing against each other, since there are no head to head multiplayer modes, but players can come up with their own challenges if feeling a bit competitive.
