Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.
Is something big coming soon to branch the story?

Mario Kart is a very difficult game and highly competitive, even against computers.
This game is more like a punching bag that mocks your sissy swings.
I'm going to get a ton of disagrees but I have consciously thought this. I feel it is a fun, competitive, and chaotic....yet very relaxing game. They organize it so well and the gameplay has a awesome addicting rhythm to it I can't describe unless you play often. It relaxes me.
Others may have road rage so they take it out on karts in the game....maybe it helps them de-stress.
