Street Fighter V Version 1.09 - Thanks For The Version We Should Have Received In February

Remember that people complained a lot about multiple versions and that's why they went this way. Which when you think about it is even worse in every way due to big patches and more expensive because you have to buy everything individually, so if you want everything then prepare to shell out a couple of hundred dollars instead of just $40 for the new version... And this is why whiners need to shut the fk up.

... as opposed to just releasing one complete game? There was going to be DLC either way, so your BS explanation is exactly that... BULLS***. They weren't gonna give you all this content for free and you know it. But the least they could have done was made the initial release worth the money. They were too d*** greedy to do even that. And they claim they want to be the #1 game publisher... not like this they ain't.

Nope.

They did say they didn't want the multiple versions, so they would stick with the one and update it over time. Which is fine, in and of itself, especially since all the updates are free and the characters can be collected with in game currency.

However, it doesn't justify them releasing 20% of a game at launch.

They should have released a full game, then updated it from there. Instead, here we are 9 or 10 months later and they still have not updated it to the point of being a full fighting game.

@finalform. You honestly don't have to buy any of it. I got the game for 20 bucks recently. You can get everything with in game money except for premium costumes. If you get the season pass you get all that included. I think it's 20 bucks.

I didn't even waste my money on it. After Capcom has screw everyone several times, I decided to pass on this and just wait. We already know that they would revise, change and add new content to the game as the months and years went by. I wasn't going to buy multiple versions this time around. I'll get it in about a year when it's $20 or less.

Main reason I didn't get it is that I hate the DS4 for SF. I alwasy hit the track pad. Wish could use my DS3 on my PS4 for SF.

Well you don't have to play with the DS4 if you don't want to. Get an arcade stick or a fight pad. Problem solved.

Agreed the track pad needs to go...nothing like the leaderboard popping up in the middle of a gunfight in cod or SF...Sony it's useless.

I deleted it yesterday, after going to my Steam Library 'n seeing a queued update. I clicked 'News' before installing, 'n saw the uproar about the capcom.sys rootkit that Capcom installs into your system32 folder. I know they're pushing the rollback for it, but only because people noticed it and went crazy. Otherwise they'd have left it on our systems. To hell with Crapcom, done with them.

Where has it ever been explicitly said that it's never coming to another console, and it comes to another one? Maybe you should buy the better console and you'll get access to the better games instead of begging for them.

Pop the champaign boys, the beta is over. They really need to go overboard with advertising this fact, as everyone still thinks it's early access. Literally all they need now is Arcade Mode, which I feel they will add before Season 2.

Coming from the original SF2 days, SF5 is a step backward and will continue to go backwards until they actually listen to the player base instead of someone who thinks with their wallet first. I bought KoF 14, and so far there's no Season Pass, the only current DLC I've noticed is a costume of Kyo, and the modes are way more fun.
