Reddit user Megamanexe4 has been up to his usual data mining activities in an attempt to try and find out more about upcoming gameplay details for Destiny. Such is his reliable nature, he has managed to turn up the Strike missions for next week, both of which we will detail below for you.

Believe me youre not missing much the exotics sucks in this game some of the legendarys are way better, the fate bringer is the best hand canon in the game period the only good exotic is the gjallerhorn and maybe the vex mythoclass

If fatebringer is your idea of "the best gun in game" then u must have not ever touched a Hawkmoon or a Mida multi tool. U don't have to belittle a game just cause u don't enjoy it. It's time to act like an adult.

After 100s of hours in destiny, I still love my fatebringer +exotic secondary/heavy combo over hawk or Midas.

Thorn and The Last Word are tops for PvP.

Hawkmoon and Fatebringer are tops for PvE. Fatebringer is ridiculously overpowered due to having the best hand cannon rolls (firefly + field scout + outlaw). Even at 300 rank, it still outputs more damage than 99% of the legendaries out there and with precision kills it outpaces even more due to firefly and ridiculous reload speeds. There's a reason it's the most desired gun for first part of Crota's End, even if it's not a 331 weapon.

Overall, exotics do greatly pale in comparison to legendaries with the right rolls. Problem is, getting those legendaries takes more time than getting the exotics.

But, there are exotics that are great on their own (Truth, Ice Breaker, Gjallahorn, etc.). But, many of their uses are very situational like most things. But, legendaries with good rolls are what will carry you through the majority of the game.

Just keep doing raids every week and the nightfalls it'll happen :) if u need help and are on ps4 I'll be more than happy to run u through a couple raids and hopefully get u a few exotics. There's good weeks and there's bad weeks but mostly I get tons of exotics that are all super fun to use some way better than other but still it's all about personal preference.

Sad he can't predict Xur anymore, but I suppose that's part of the excitement. Not knowing what will Xur come up with next. All I need for my exotic collection is the vex,Ghorn,and suros. RNG has not been that nice to me, the grind continues lol
