Thanks to the game's official Twitter profile, we learn that the free version of Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty available for PlayStation Plus subscribers on March will not be cross-buy and Xbox One version release isn't confirmed yet.
Starting today, Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty is free at Epic Games Store. The free game offer runs until December 19 at 11 AM Eastern. Once you claim it, it’s yours to keep.

WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "All Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty! managed to do was frustrate me. However, it did make me appreciate the controls in Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee more. Honestly, if you’re new to the franchise, it might even be better to just skip ahead to Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath. At least those gameplay mechanics feel like something more from this era. That being said, if you’re a die hard fan of Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee or perhaps just a glutton for punishment, then perhaps try your luck with Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty!."
Well, no it is not. It's a mediocre remake of a classic. The original PS1 game is a 10/10 masterpiece. As a raging nerd on this series, the game is okay at best. I'd give it a 7.5/10 personally.
I just assumed it was a console and PC only release like Grim Fandango.
I thought this had a release date for the end of March for Xbox one.
Like I care. Don't even want one copy let alone multiple versions.
