Kojima Productions’ Kenichiro Imaizumi has told Metal Gear fans that a release date announcement for the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is not ready.
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
How can it not be ready? I mean I understand they're not entirely sure about the exact date, but an estimate? You're saying you can't even give us that? After so long from the announcement?
You're killing us!
I've seen hints it was May 5th, 2015
Given its not a yearly release, I'm happy to wait until The Producer and everyone else is 100% happy that they can give fans the best possible game they can. If it was rushed out and full of bugs then everyone would complain about it as an unfinished product.
Being a massive MGS fan I appreciate the work, time and love that goes into the series... Good things come to those who wait and all that.
Good, I would rather them set a release date that they can be sure of. If they gave us an optimistic release date it would be delayed and then people would complain. Dev's should wait until they are sure of the release date to announce it.
It will release before summer i ..hope
