Everyone knows PS4 is more powerful tech-wise and no one is denying that so why are Sony fan boys have to feel so insecure to jump on every single articles listing out the same specs as if they have a macro pre-programmed? If DX12 can make it easier for devs to bring games to 1080p/60 fps then that's all that matters and gamers get a better experience. Once you have that then the games are effectively the same and the fact the hardware is more powerful will be irrelevant.

Forza does look better as some say it's not such a huge difference. It is a much bigger difference then something like the current PS4 and XB1 version of COD or Battlefield and no one says anything about that. Oh wait...

have to say the cars look amazing... BUT if you slow down and get near the audience, they are all frozen statues! I thought they could have at least animated them and provide better graphics. Maybe Forza 6.
Too bad for those PS4 and Xbox One owners with broken systems. It's never fun to spend all that money to have a lemon. Glad my Xbox One turned out great.
i figured it out. Actually a friend told me I had to turn on NAT on the router. I had previously done it for the 360 but forgot about it. Also something about PnP if you have that in your router? Anyways it's all working now... except there is no chat between your friends on 360 and no voice messages. Hopefully they will make that possible. The good news is the included skype allows you to make calls to landline across north america for free.
and you are entitled to your opinion. I do understand where you are coming from but by packaging in the kinect, I believe they and other developers will take advantage of the technology. By leaving it as an optional device it will not create new experiences.
It's like when the Sega Dreamcast launched (love that console). They had an optional ethernet and modem adapter and they were the first to really take consoles online. However as it was an adapter, not everyone ...
I just love the new kinect integration. It makes the One feels fresh and futuristic liek something from star trek. Sure it can get better over time but I can have the xbox plus my TV turn on via voice and have it logged in via facial recognition without even touching the controller.
It's like how Apple first launched front facing camera and facetime. You don't need it but it sure is fun to use.

Didn't have any issues with my X1. I was surprised that the box isn't as large as reported and the high build quality. Controller is very nice and love how quick the UI is. Much better than the old 360. The only issue I have is I can't party chat. Not sure if it's a user problem or there is a glitch that needs to be ironed out.

Who cares if PS4 is more powerful. It all comes down to the games. All this mumbo jumbo tech talk reminds me of the power of the 'cell' of the PS3 and when the comparisons took place, you need a magnifying glass to tell the difference. I remembered way back when the cell was supposed to be so powerful, it is in guided missiles and can cure cancer. Yet the lowly Wii with way less power mopped the floor with both Xbox and PS3. It all comes down to the games and whether they are FUN ...
The way everyone seem to say it's over for MS for selling so well but not as well as Sony - and therefore they should fold and get out of the console market... what does that say for Nintendo? How come none of the so called smart analysts and unbias "journalists" don't tell Apple to close shop too since Android is whooping it's butts on mobile and MacOS sold less than Windows 8 on the desktop?
