I hope you'll have fun plugging your PS2 to a modern 4K TV, because you'll need a component cable ($10 to $15 w/o shipping) if you want a decent enough quality, then a component to HDMI converter (approx. $30)... Actually Castle Crashers also came out on PS3 and was featured as a free game on PS+ in July 2011 (after being released there a few months earlier)
The "remastered" label has been misused for a while, since a lot of games labelled as "remasters" are, in fact, ports. I do agree we're talking about a port here, but I believe there's still a little bit of work involved in putting this PS2 game on PS4 (although not enough), which should qualify this game as a remaster. However, the fact that it's a port shouldn't explain the visual glitches and the retail price put too high for what it's worth.
Hope they bring this game to PSVR too, would be soooo neat!
With all these exclusives, the title should have stopped at "20 Upcoming PS4 Exclusives You Can’t Afford"... My credit card is going to be in one helluva ride :(
Actually this only happens in Japan because of the strict laws they have over there regarding fake currencies, so it's kind of "normal" I guess
Just to clear things up: the PS3 version footage used isn't from the final game. It was recorded during the live demo at E3 2009, hence the small differences in texture color etc.

The Silent Hill series has never been known its focus on combat, so it's not that big of a deal if it's a miss. Konami probably asked for a "combat trailer" only for marketing purposes (which shows how they're still out of touch with some of their IPs), and probably because of how the Resident Evil franchise has evolved and put combat on the forefront in the past 10 years. Still, what I'll be looking out for is how Bloober Team is going to set the mood and fit the or...
