LOL, I'm sure your right, I've seen some vids, shots guns with no recoil and pinpoint accuracy at 50 metres...but yeah I don't play online shooters. BFBC2 or UT3 have some big ass spread/shot delay on their version of 'shotguns' which is what I play.

DLC announced before launch= delayed purchase. In the days of online only MP and 8hr campaigns, one has to be a smart consumer.
Last NFS game I played was a few years ago but I remember going from playing console racers to playing it on PC and my jaw dropped. Generation gap= confirmed.
The last 'leap' I saw in racing games was Project Gotham (1) on xbox....that was a mind blow...
Agree + bubbles, blizard fanboys are far to quick to get defensive, I have been a massive fan of SC since the old school games and when I finally got home so excited I could have busted a nut....I just thought "is this it?".

Supreme Commander for example has massive battles with easily upwards of 500 units on a map + the graphics are 50x as good as starcraft 2. I stopped playing SC2...

You must be new to the internet, 'hackers' often get the games from steam servers long before day 1 and the circumvention of steam activation is pretty much the same for all steam games aka insanely easy for them to crack. If you have a steam game pre-loaded you can type in a url address that will start the download the game to your HDD without even using the steam client. This is not a 'hack' but a commonly used trick to pre-load games sooner.

I was tossing up whether or not to buy this, looks like they made my mind up for me. SKipping it for sure now.
The fact that the missing numbers are from in a sequence means they akready made it and cut it, if the maps weere from 1-30....and they added maps 30-40, then it might seem like more of an addition, but the fact that they designed the core game around cut content...tells me more than I need to know.

TFU2....less than half the length of the first game, then they announce DLC just after bombing at launch, if there is DLC it should be free at all times.
There are people who still think DLC is not cut content :S

A disk format is just that, something that was adopted as the norm, you will note the 'norm' in gaming at present is 30 frames and 720p....things that were standard on PC in 2000.
I hope the next standard is less propreitry for innovation sake.
