The thing is, No other person has mentioned this issue. The whole 720p rumor that exploded on neogaf, was mentioned by several people and it turned out to be the case. This is simply Marcus beer stating rubbish, fueling fanboy arguements and contributing nothing to the lead up to the launch of next gen systems
theres been no word of either console overheating, they most likely will not.
Sure some people will be plain unlucky with their consoles, as it always is the case but
I cant see any mass issues like last gen.

I thought the CPU clock speed was relatively unknown as if now. Is the 2ghz from the first table it's potential clock speed, I've heard it's around 1.6, but not sure

I think its a nice ad. Its good to see the different approaches Sony and MS are taking withttheir advertising.
Very straight forward but effective
We see MS explaining more about functions are how to use it and how it applies to you, while sony is more subtle and about creative advertising.

Thats odd, wouldnt that mean you could notice a decrease in quality when its changing resolutions (in game) to maintain a stable framerate

althought he cod 720p rumors are not confirmed, its worrying for those xbox owners that this is starting.
Xbox one might have a great scaler chip, but for people like me who game on a 1080p projector, the difference between native and 720p is enormous.

But thats the problem, games are not cheaper digitally, not this gen at least, there is almost no incentive apart from convenience. Most of the time i can find a cheaper game in a store than on the online store

Most of those were software related, unfinished games and OS will always cause issues like that.
Again, theres been no confirmed report of the console breaking as a result of heat, of course I would want to know if its happening and its true, but if it isnt why start something thats not there
