As much as it disappoints me, I prefer to have an actual tangible disc. that way I could potentially play it on the PS4, and not have to worry about archaic DRM concerns.
I buy used games when I can't jutify the full retail price for a game based on the amount/quality of content contained within.
The new game market would be FAR more active if only games were priced accurately.
A 3 hour game should not cost $60, a dull game should not cost $60.
The issue isn't with the used market, it's with the new market being unwilling to accomodate the consumer.

As for all the talk about "true HD" You're talking about 1080i, "true HD" is 1080p, quite different. Also, upscaling doesn't make something any more or less HD. in fact, upscaling is detrimental to attaining "true HD" because developers can just be lazy and upscale the game, rather than optimising enough to get a real HD resolution.

Try buying a TV made in the last decade, or just don't skimp and get old CRT HDTVs. Even then, if you shop around like any intelligent person would do, you can find CRTs that support/accept 720p, whether they display it natively, or scale it to 1080i internally.
You made a bad decision, deal with it, and quit crying. The game do 720p, your TV doesn't. Don't like it, go buy a 360.
