This is normal for trademarks/patents..... they will last so long with extensions but until you actually deliver a product or item with them they get abandoned. Then they get re-submitted over and over.

The Alpha gave 1 of everything, so 2 of everything would be nice for the beta. Little higher level cap to try out some more gear would be nice as well. I don't want too much though, just enough to keep building the anticipation.
The "beta" rental prices are great rental prices and are in line with other gaming rentals.
Everyone wants a subscription service though so that's where they start complaining about the pricing. If there will be a subscription service is yet to be seen.

Stopped caring enough to do a Watch_Dogs story on the eve of release.....
They delayed a game 6 months like many had to do. Then announced a new date when they could and started promo up until launch. Nothing was handled "poorly."
Exactly, make a good character first. If they happen to be black/white/male/female etc.. that will come from the development of that character.
Anyone that fights saying a certain race/gender of character must be added is someone that truly doesn't want the best character the team can create.
Plenty relevant. Played since day 1, last exotic I needed was Red Death. He brought that last week for me and the many other's that didn't have it. No doubt he brings a new item for plenty of players needing stuff each week. Not even considering the new players that continually begin the game. I am still in need of a couple exotic upgrades so he is still good for those. Never forget the engrams/telemetry/synths.
