Mine has worked fine so far. To all you PS3 guys out there having freezing issues, try disabling the news ticker if you have it displaying on your XMB. That was causing freezing issues with Assassin's Creed awhile back and after I turned it off, all the problems stopped.

This is what I've been saying ever since the Wii "shortage" started! This isn't the fact that they can't keep up with production, this shortage is to increase demand! Who remembers the great memory card shortage when the PS2 first came out?

The problem is that gaming is a business. The heads of all companies will respond to sales trends over anything else. Since everyone seems to snapping up every FPS and sequal that comes out, why should they take a risk on an untested franchise, when they can get fat pumping out games everyone will buy?

If EA succeeds in it's acquisition of Take-Two, then we'll see new GTAs every year and each one will suck worst than the one before it! The game's legacy will be overshadowed by sequels ranging from mediocre to craptastic! Loyal fans will then turn to Saint's Row to fill the void in their gaming lives.
