Yeah, in a sense, its like the student has now become the teacher. And by that I mean it appears, to me at least, that Treyarch are now becoming the de facto Cod devs. The game has yet to release obviously, so that may still be premature. But in terms of evolving and pushing CoD forward, I believe Treyarch seem to be willing to take more chances, and are actually trying to create something different in a game that under IW's watch has relatively stayed the same since CoD4.

True. Smaller HDD's may be the new trend next gen. Actually no HDD's may be the new trend. Just include flash memory to keep costs down, while including the option to add on a HDD. I just hope they don't make us use proprietary hdd's.
I personally think they're making a big mistake in regards to the HDD. They should be offering HDD's in comparison to what the PS3 and 360 are selling. I think casual gamers, and even parents of children, will see on the boxes of these consoles that the PS3 and 360 have more GB's and it's very possible that they will relate that to those being the better purchase. That and the price will IMHO be deciding factors for many casuals and parents out there.
A fiscal quarter is different to what you are explaining Crazyglues. A fiscal 4th quarter for a typical business is usually the months of Jan. Feb. and March. But yes you are correct that a normal 4th quarter is Oct. Nov. and Dec.
So in comparison to release dates it all depends on if its a normal 4th Q, or if its the companies fiscal 4th Q.
Nukeitall, I had one those faulty disc drives in my PS2. I bought it in Feb. 2001 just a few months after they launched. My system quit playing the dvd games but would still play games on cd. This happened after owning the system just over a year. I emailed Sony and explained my situation. In the end they said, mail it in to us and we'll fix your PS2 at no cost to you.

If, and this is a big if, GTA V comes out this year it will be in October. How you ask do I know this??? Well R*'s previous history with the GTA series says so. Since the PS2 era, and even including the PSP, almost every GTA has come out around Oct. 20 something. This excludes obviously GTA IV, which was originally scheduled to come out in Oct. before it got delayed till March.

@donbhai007, More than likely they are downloading it from torrent sites. According to the torrents it came out 2 days ago for Xbox 360 only. Maybe thats why some are waiting for the pirated PC version...
Yep, as soon as Im done with Deus Ex, Im gonna re-rent Skyrim from Gamefly. The previous bugs made me return it before I could finish playing. I logged easily over 100+ hours in that game save and still never completed the main quest.
Im so sick of this run around Take-Two is giving us and the media. Honestly, and this is just how I feel, I think its time that gaming news and websites start demanding more info on this game and even threatening Take-Two by not giving any of their games media exposure unless they show us something for Agent. Yeah this is pretty drastic i know and would never happen, Im just tired of this crap.

The reason we havent seen any skateboarding games lately is because we were over-saturated with them in the years past. Tony Hawk was Activisions CoD before, well before CoD. Personnaly Im looking forward to this when it hits PSN in the coming weeks, hopefully with a PSN+ discount. I just hope its as great as i remember.
