There are only a a couple of times battlefield had been yearly. Bad Company (2008) 1943(2009) Bad Company 2 (2010) Battlefield 3 (2011) and then a 2 year gap Battlefield 4 (2013) then another gap Hardline (2015). And those " yearly" battlefield had a 15-18 month gap so almost 2 years anyway.
