From Uncharted 3, yep. Nate did it jokingly, Sully jerked away after a second. It was a cute comedic moment.
Sadly the same is not true for the US, at least in regards to Gamestop. They have no problem taking in games in bad shape, they merely deduct a "refurbish" fee from the persons TiV sometimes. GameStop doesn't even refurbish them, and most don't even test the games. People literally trade in games that won't read and the only time it becomes known is when someone else buys it and promptly returns it.

Kind of sucks that people wanted a sequel to this game for so long and right when the developers start actually doing it they get sued into oblivion by Epic.
But maybe that's a good thing, it was SK's fault and their track record is quite bad. I think we're better off if Nintendo decides to do a sequel with another developer. Not sure if they'll feel the need to tho.
People complaining about this clearly didn't play the game, nor did the guy who wrote this article apparently. An AI partner is NOT with you at all times (ala 5 and 6). It is actually more along the lines of Ashley in RE4, except your partner cannot die and can fight.
The partner is with you in certain sections of the game but the bulk of the game you play solely as Jill. Only in the second half of the game does it more or less become consistent AI tag-along.
They already are. The demo has been hacked revealing such plans. Capcom is releasing an Ada Wong campaign, several multiplayer modes, and several MP maps as DLC later.

Hardly, I am a gigantic Uncharted fan, my hate for 3 has nothing to do with it being popular and all to do with it being the worse of the main series.
Suddenly you're a troll if you disliked Uncharted 3? Well I guess I'm a troll cause I sure as hell did, it was a step back for the franchise.
Not really deserving of that title, and that's coming from someone who rated Uncharted 1 and 2 perfect and praised them as some of the greatest games ever made. Uncharted 3 just lost its way when the team split, it has no soul.
But despite that it was still quite a blast to play and I still rated it a 4 out of 5. For me to feel so ill towards a game rated that high just truly speaks for the quality the first two games had, in my mind they exceeded a perfect score.
Say WHA? Shadows of the Damned was fantastic, hell it was my GOTY for 2011.

Don't whine because you didn't take the initiative and join the Rise of the Warrior game. If it makes you feel any better we were promised the demo a month ago but Sony keeps on delaying it, having us fight eachother another round. They've pulled that on us 3 times now. As such we are only getting the demo a week early now, instead of a month.
