This game was truly a gem released as the Sega Saturn was in the last stages of it's life cycle.
A sequel is definately well deserved. The original Burning Rangers was one of the final releases on the US Sega Saturn if I am not mistaken. Along with Panzer Dragoon Saga and Shining Force 3. Although 2 sequels for Shing Force 3 were only released in Japan making it a Trilogy.
Ninja Gaiden actually was born as a standup Arcade game. It only became popular on the NES. Although it did also receive 2 sequels on the original NES as well.

I am into PC gaming but have never owned a laptop. Are the higher end GPUs for the laptops comparable to the higher end PC desktop GPUs?? Or are they even available in laptop versions for that matter??
for the most part hate on every game that is not produced by "their" favorite 1st party developer. Mario Galaxy is a great game, and The Mario franchise has always been a great series in general.

Almost every hack n slash type game released today can be beaten without the use of the block button. The AI in the original Ninja Gaiden, and Black was intense, and most Boss battles really put up a challenge.
Those were the things that I really liked about the originals, and I'm sure Ninja Gaiden 2 will continue in the tradition.

I think you need to do some research. It is true that Xbox 360 owners buy the most games. But the PS3 and Nintendo Wii games attach rate per console sold is relatively close.

Shouldn't the newer console(PS3), that has the much larger brand recognition(over 100 million PS2s and PS1's sold), and also supposedly much more power be outselling the competition no matter what. Especially when the PS3 is now only $399.

Good news for gamers also in a way because we will probably start seeing some truly "next-gen" type things now. I have to give Microsoft credit for continuing to give developers a great work environment by offering easy to use development tools.
The only game that I am aware of that is going to use all three cores so far on the 360 is Alan Wake, bc of all of the physics involved.

It just seems like every one is out for a buck these days. A class action suit over 1 person with 1 game that froze 1 console. I guess some people just don't believe in a sound work ethic anymore, and will seek anything as an "attack point" of wrongful doing for an easy profit.
