Come you guys,.. Playstation is rocking the games almost 2 years now. GOW3, Heavy Rain, MAG, UC2, Flower, Infamous, Fat Princess, Burn Zombie Burn, MLB 10: The Show the list is incredible. I think it's clear where the focus is at Playstation.
Take those x-game chat request over to Xbox360. PSN doesn't need Rogue moderators or hordes of fowl mouth 10 year old's giving its network a bad reputation. PlayStation 3 is truly the gamers console.
The BFB2 demo freaking sucks… You guys are a bunch of scabs if you don’t agree. There is no way on gods green earth that BFB2 is better than call of duty MW2 on any day. Pay as you play will just cost consumers more. Gamers are heavily attached to their games. The industry is getting enough profits. Look at freaking Activision's take from Call of Duty, it's in the billions. The problem is with these publishers. Developers need to address their profit concerns with the publishers. Anybody that does software development understands Alpha is the first phase of a products release. All of your assets are in place so its sort of like a dress rehearsal. Fine tuning also occurs in Alpha and Beta but the fine tuning occurs around game mechanics which is an order of magnitude more important than visuals. Remember during xmas all the Xbox360 MW2 bundles. Bestbuy had them stack to the rafters. Those didn't sell so I suppose the FF13 bundles wont do as expected either. The freaking market is flooded at this point with consoles, Who doesn't have one? On the other hand PS3 is bringing the heat this year in terms of gaming experience. The internet browser performance is the only real issue with the PS3. Besides, if you want the social features of the xbox 360, buy an xbox 360. Why should the PS3 feature set be exactly like the competitions? There are caching and rendering issues with the browser that cause unnecessary crashing. That should be addressed.
