In this episode:
- Rumors of an iController come up; can it change the game for the Big Three?
- Fresh out of Captivate Resident Evil 6 comes out swinging and its possible Dead Space just got KO’d.
- Medal of Honor Warfighters trailer puts CoD square in its sights!
- Crysis 3 leaked…is it too soon?
- On disk DLC, is it total BS or just growing pains?
GAMERZ411 loves to bring that gaming truth and break the fake press down to what they really are!
Ibrahim from eXputer: "The Medal of Honor franchise was once the crown jewel of FPS war games, later defeated by the tides of time and poor development."
They tried to turn it into Call of Duty and it killed it off. They should reboot it and go back to it's roots. But they'd ruin it with online-only/multiplayer style bullshit so why bother? I have very fond memories of these games, but this series can stay dead as far as I'm concerned.
Was literally just thinking of this game the other week with the secret nut cracker mission and the shooting Bismarck dog lmao. Loved these games as a kid
I have fond memories of playing the Medal of Honor Breakthrough MP Demo. It had two maps and custom servers. Living on campus, I had it downloaded on one of the PC Lab servers so I could access it on any computer at the university. Joined a clan and made friends that I still keep in touch with today.
Battlefield Bad Company 2, Dead Space 2, Crysis 3, and a handful other EA games have finally had their online services shut down.
I had no idea that Bad Company 2 was still running, and only now that I know, I want to jump on! 😥
BF1943 is the only online MP game that I was genuinely interested in. Been playing since launch 14 years ago. Hate that I couldn't put in as much time to play as I'd hoped for during the final week.
Dead Space 2...... I wasn't even aware that had multiplayer. Nevermind that it was apparently one of their best multiplayers!
Dead Space 2 multiplayer had been hanging on for years - I'd boot my PS3 up to see some familiar names in lobbies. This will definitely be missed!
GF365: "The iconic survival horror franchise Resident Evil boasts a great number of popular and memorable characters. Arguably, Leon S. Kennedy is the most popular and recognizable character aside from Jill Valentine. In this article, we'll be counting down every Resident Evil game Leon is featured in, ranked."
Yeah I figured it would be ordered like this. For me Leons best game was his debut. RE2.
Unlikely, but possible.
Im just guessing with the timing of MoH it wont get the respect it deserves. people may be getting burnt out on military fps but ill still like the game im sure
Nope, the franchise isn't big enough to stop Call of Duty.
The idea of on-disc DLC really annoys me- quite frankly, if I bought something, it's mine. I'm fine with the idea of expansions or DLC taht adds to the game, but I'd really rather not have publishers cutting chunks out of a $60 game to resell them later.
