My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.
Even if the eShop has now closed down, the best 3DS games are still worth playing — in any way you can get your hands on them.

Got this game and MK7 for Christmas! I also bought Skyward Sword but I just couldn't wait on that one...now that I have finished the main quest on Skyward Sword(still have tons of side stuff to do)-I am finding it really hard to wait on this game for another couple of weeks.
