GamingUnion.net: "The Nintendo 3DS is the talk of the town right now in the West, with record pre-orders for Nintendo's latest console. It was a similar story in Japan too, as the console sold out on launch-day. However, even though only a short period of time has passed since that moment, the hype, at least in Japan, has already started dying away. Want to check out the full list of bargains for the week ahead?"

Not all too surprising, the, presumably, good titles aren't out yet.
I don't know if Nintendo should be worried or not. Clearly their titles aren't selling how they'd hoped.
Japan is just a strange market of late, and Nintendo knows it.
If this was the week when an Earthquake on Friday probably stopped every japanese person from leaving the house all weekend, these sales aren't at all surprising.
