TMA - Hotel Dash Review

TMA - The “Dash” series of time management games has always been a big hit on the PC, and it’s made an excellent transition to the iPhone world. Hotel Dash is the latest entry in the series, and it’s upped the ante in several ways. If you’re a time management veteran you’ll feel right at home and appreciate the additional challenge, but if you’re new to the whole concept this might not be the best place to start.

Hotel Dash - Same Game, Different Name | GameWoof

Everyone and everyone’s mom especially knows of the popular Diner Dash series that has been the mainstay of casual management style video games, but unless you are a huge fan of the series you may not have known that PC side there have been lots of spin-off titles. These include series such as Wedding Dash, Cooking Dash and the subject of this review Hotel Dash. In fact for PC there is already a sequel to Hotel Dash but the original Hotel Dash released in 2010 just made its way to Android devices recently.

TouchGen - Hotel Dash Review

TouchGen - Running a hotel can be done in different ways. Either you wing it completely, and take it at a slow Basil Fawlty pace or you dash around manically like Flo. Making a time management game using the Basil Fawlty not getting things done would not be interesting, and thankfully we get to control Flo instead. With a history of quality dash games I had high expectations on Hotel Dash. And to a great degree it beats the predecessors, but it ends too soon.

Pocket Gamer - There are chains of hotels up and down the land these days where you never need to interact with any other person during your stay if you so wish.

You can book your room online, order your meals before you turn up, check-in via touchscreen computer in reception and leave by dropping your keycard into a box on the way out.
