Sony Wins The Motion War This Video Confirms It, Thanks Heavy Rain

There’s three types of motion gaming on the market but only one can be claimed as the best. Not only does this video proves that Sony’s decision to go with the Playstation Move was the best choice, but to have a hands-on experience of a game we once only used a dual shock for, has been enhanced to a revolutionary height.

This game, This Video, is proof that Sony is above all competitors

3 2 1 and they're off

this is the best video of Heavy Rain with the move controls I've seen! thanks HipHopGamer keep doing your thing.

Joule5059d ago

Now I am definitely waiting until Move is released to get it!
I hope HR is updated for Move before it hits store shelves. Sony can you say bundle? Sure yah can! Well I hope some retail or online site offers this a bundled game for a reasonable price. That would be sweet.

Gene5059d ago (Edited 5059d ago )

You won't regret it man I will never ever forget this game it made me cry at a certain point which is funny cause I have never shed a tear watching a movie.

Bs I cried when Bambis mom died
that was a fucked up movie that was only movie.Disney making care about a animated deers life.

N4Flamers5059d ago

that movie made me cry and that was animated as well. I dont think there will be a bundle because of the graphic nature of heavy rain. I just think when selling a new product they would want to reach as many people as they can.

With that being said I have heavy rain and the move patch might make me pick the game up again, I have the platinum.

stb5059d ago

Gene, you sound like a pssy...I cried too, we bth are pssy...snob snob...bambi mother snob snob.

On topic, move is definitely something to look at, sry kinect...should be called kinectrol..since it need a control now.

DigitalAnalog5059d ago

Dog of Flaunders.

-End statement

N4Flamers5058d ago

I cry during really sad movies, because I can without feeling threatened. If you ever get over the numbness of child abuse you might too.

agree, i hope that it would be an update not a new disc

Spenok5059d ago

Me too, though i doubt it will turn out that way. But then again.... :/

shqype5059d ago

I have Heavy Rain but I stopped playing it (up to the police scene) because of all the other games that came out.

Move controls would be the perfect thing to get me back into it! Are you sure that existing copies of Heavy Rain will be patched to incorporate Move functionality? I thought I read somewhere that there would be a new, "Move version" of the game releasing in October...

sid4gamerfreak5059d ago

HHG ur "OH OH OHs" killed the otherwise great heavy rain video

secksi-killer5059d ago

normally hiphopwanker is the focus of hate. but when he write some crap ab out sony winning, everybody loves him.

this guy should be banned. plain and simple. nothing but a fanboy writing absolute crap

shqype5059d ago

This guy does talk a lot, and he doesn't always make sense, but he's got a lot of energy and he's passionate about what he does.

He also manages to land lots of interviews and face time with developers and people in the business, so those in the gaming industry obviously don't feel the same about him.

fatstarr5059d ago (Edited 5059d ago )

good video lol
he should wear the wii strap. I mean the move strap it protects tvs and dogs and grandma.

darkdoom30005059d ago

Yeah, Im actually suprised, it's my first HHG video, and it was good. totally sold me on HR motion controls.

pixelsword5059d ago (Edited 5059d ago )

Okay, I've been crapping on Sony Move for about everything except that Wizard game, but this Demo is actually pretty good for the gameplay style of Heavy Rain.

The only thing I didn't like about the vid was I didn't see that example when HHG said "see? 1:1 ratio" because the camera was on HHG and not the screen and the controller.

I still wouldn't say that Sony "won" the motion control war, because I've been crapping on Kinect and so I'll leave it some space for it to impress me like this demo did, but I have to admit, his vid changed my mind on Move.

HHG knows how to make some attention.

coolasj5059d ago

I've had stop clicking on "Go To Source"

ALFAxD_CENTAURO5059d ago (Edited 5059d ago )

Lol, HHG giving hugs to random people there.

I thought he was starting to hug the whole conference.

NYC_Gamer5059d ago

this is why sony stuck with the controller method

Thudd5059d ago (Edited 5059d ago )

Don't you mean that's why Sony copied the Wii?

I will take Silent Hill Wii over this piece of crap any day.

sarshelyam5059d ago

Wow...one game represents the entire experience eh? Low standards I guess.

darrensworld5059d ago

caution, Wii fanboy alert, caution, Wii fanboy alert!!! EEEE EEEE EEEE EEE EEEE caution...

Nitrowolf25059d ago

Dude that is awesome
Heavy Rain was made for Move

Zelda Replay: Majora's Mask

VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Is Ocarina of Time as legendary as I remembered it? For the most part, yes. In spite of a handful of missteps — a few obtuse puzzles, some tedious backtracking, and a clunky stealth sequence — I don't believe the last 23 years have been unkind to it. Ocarina remains a brilliant example of the medium, a landmark game that shaped the future of its own franchise and 3D gaming in general. After more than two decades it retains its inventive dungeon design, challenging puzzles, dynamic combat, wistful storyline, unforgettable music, and empowering open-air freedom. I feel confident calling it one of the greatest games of the fifth generation, even if I'm no longer prepared to list it among the five best games ever made."

Pure unadulterated fun. They don't make them like this anymore...especially not the triple A industry.

Ar Tonelico Qoga: Knell Of Ar Ciel Retro Review – Love Conquers All

Gary Green said: You’ll be forgiven if you haven’t heard of the Ar Tonelico trilogy. The previous two games arrived so late in the PS2’s life-cycle that they simply went unnoticed. While most were tinkering with their shiny new PS3s, Ar Tonelico: Melody of Elemia and Ar Tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica were being ‘returned to sender’ by your local Game stores. Luckily, you won’t need to have played them to understand and appreciate this third and final chapter, Qoga (pronounced k-yoga) tells the story of a racial war between humans and Reyvateils, a breed of biologically produced female cyborgs capable of reproduction, while still having a digital mind.

Oh my god. I kinda wish this would get a remaster on PS5, it would be awesome. One of my favorite games on PS3.

That and 3D Dot Game Heroes. It's a shame that some stuff is stuck on PS3.

Knightofelemia1d 11h ago

Ar Tonelico 3 is good I still prefer the first AT game. The music is solid in all the games and Akiko Shikata is a very talented singer bringing life to the game. Only annoying part is well I find is Saki I always choose Finnel or Tyria. KOEI so needs to HD remaster the franchise along with Ar Nosurge and Ciel Nosurge since it never came to North America. I would day one the Ar Toneliceo games and Ar Nosurge if they were remastered.

TheColbertinator1d 10h ago

I still have the limited edition of Qoga unopened. Unfortunately it never went up in value like I had hoped all these years.

Used to own all these quirky JRPG on ps3 good times. Wish I would have kept them all

Pacific Rim Pinball comes to Pinball FX

This could be fun as they make great tables. Go big or go extinct. Prime your senses for a neural handshake and step into the cockpit of a Jaeger. It is on you to cancel the apocalypse when Pacific Rim Pinball comes to Pinball FX on May 16.
