Life is cheap in Mount & Blade: Warband, and falling to an enemy costs nothing more than five seconds and a few moments of scorn from your teammates. This lack of consequence invites experimentation with the many class types, weapons and items available. All players begin with a pot of cash to buy specialist weaponry and equipment, and gaining kills or scoring points will earn you more rewards for the next round. What you spend your winnings on however, is a very tough decision to make, as once the enemy has learnt your tactics; they too will be spending their accrued cash strengthening their assault.

This looks amazing, and I got hundreds of hours out of Warband.
