Associatedcontent: This pack caters mostly to fans new to the series, who may not have played the content upon its release. It may also appeal to those who have since lost their GTA4 game discs as it can be played without the original game. Overall, it adds almost twenty hours of gameplay onto the end of the original storyline, but doesn't stop there. Many gameplay factors are significantly improved by playing this DLC.
GTA 4: Complete Edition is not a remaster, but it does do some pretty cool things for PC gamers including finally removing Games for Windows Live.
