Again, I would say that anyone with a cell phone will not need a game like My DoItAll, as they will already have most of these same functions. And, the more unusual applications will probably be available for the DSi in some form or fashion.
So, parents, if your kids have a cell phone, save yourself the $30 and bypass this game. And, if you plan on purchasing the DSi when it is released, wait and see what it will offer in the way of downloadable content".

It is no surprise that developers have experimented with this technology beyond games, creating useful applications such as notepads and calculators that are impressive in terms of control and presentation. Tomy has decided not only to enter the DS application ring but go beyond what everyone else has done on the DS with My Do It All, a title that sports over 16 applications that are both fun and practical."
GeekDad writes: "I've always been intrigued by the various attempts to turn Nintendo's handheld consoles into productivity devices. Ever since the days of the Gameboy Color camera and printer it's seem like we've been on the edge of something really useful - while at the same time really cumbersome.
However, My Do It All on the DS is the first time for me that this has been more than a novelty. Don't let the kiddie look and feel fool you. The playful visuals and interactions are actually a great demonstration of how to use the DS for something other than games.
My kids have long been intrigued by the black plastic devices that Daddy was always staring at and fiddling with.
