I mean, so far it's running pretty great on my 3070 with 8GBs. I've only gotten to walk around the open world a little bit, and just made it to the city though. Granted, I am using DLSS but even then. I have everything on high or above and I'm getting a mostly stable 60 FPS.

If it's an ini editing mod, yeah they don't do anything almost ever except for turn down your settings.

Usually ini. editing involves changing settings that may not be available options within the game's settings. Fallout 3 for example has an ini bracket for grass length and density, you can get really specific with it to produce results like this. https://imgur.com/a/OjwFFCb
