I may be a playstation fan, & full respect goes to MS Flight Simulator team for what they've accomplished,

but that list is the most tragic thing i've ever seen.

So why is it so tragic for you? Did it miss games you thought should have been on there? Just curious because you made such a broad, encompassing statement.

purple10154d ago

Yes indeed, missing scalebound from platinum games for a star

Love those fast action type of games such as bayonetta and segas vanquish to an extent, wanted to see what it would turn out to be

Also Halo, should have been better.
I used to love that, but it’ wasn’t up to snuff’

Then there’s the thing where most of the games were 7/10’s and not enough 8 or 9 or 10/10’s no where to be seen

So yeh pretty tragic in my opinion

@purple
Did you just do a quick Google search of Xbox exclusives? Because Scalebound was never released.

ChasterMies53d ago

Rough when you have to go back to Elder Scrolls Morrowind from the original Xbox to find one of the best exclusives. Also dubious to have Starfield on the list over Forza, other Halo games, and the Gears of War games.

Outrun 2 is still my favorite OG XB exclusive... in NA.

MaximusPrime_55d ago

Looks like half of them probably go multiplat within a year.

Yi-Long54d ago

The list mentions Forza Horizon 6, which is weird, considering it doesn't exist yet.

It also mentions Starfield, which has had quite a luke-warm response upon release.

Personally, my top 10 Xbox exclusives would definitely include Ninja Gaiden Black, ilomilo, Defense Grid, Project Gotham Racing 3/4, and Trials HD/Evolution.

darthv7254d ago

Ninja Gaiden Black was released on other platforms as Ninja Gaiden Sigma. The name was changed but the game is the same. The first Ninja Gaiden on XB is still exclusive though, but obviously Black/Sigma is the better of the two.

Yi-Long54d ago

Sigma is absolutely not the same as Black, and many Ninja Gaiden fans will tell you NG Black is the best version of Ninja Gaiden (1).

@asplundh yeh I know it was never released
I took the liberty of adding that myself. Hope you don’t mind. Because it would have genuinely interested me! In terms of actual exclusives:

Best game ms make is stil flight sim and that’s not really a game, in the typical sense

+ As another person commented, il give them project Gotham racing too.

Which is actually just metropolis street racer (Dreamcast game) with a name change !
So give them half a point for that one !! ‘Kudos to them’

Microsoft Opening Xbox Mobile Game Store in July

The Xbox brand is expanding, as an Xbox mobile game store is opening this coming July where Microsoft will brings its "first-party portfolio."

“Bond adds that they will start on the web”

This will go nowhere.

Nice knowing you Xbox. This is what happens when the house never gets cleaned.

MrDead5d ago

The only this MS is expanding is the amount of feculence it sprays on everyone who just want to enjoy gaming and make games.

The best thing MS can do for the gaming industry is leave and never return.

Good luck with this even it might not succeed.
