Damn the misleading title. I thought they actually had some benchmarks, but that's only the site-name. We get no news until Jan' 09. WEAK!

how much will this cost?

i bet you won't get much change from £450

That's all it's good for benchmarks.

That's all most pc users who buy new cards do. I know i used to do it.

Benchmark,new drivers,reinstall,wash spin repeat.

Graphic cards just aint worth the money.

Games wise, PC gets poor end of the deal, and what with most ports running like crap.

Try GTA4 for size.

You need a uber rig to run at decent settings. and some i've seen barely get 30fps.

I won't be going that route again.

i bet that the price will be somewhere around £700 or so.. this is the reason why i went to consoles ¬¬ eventho i LOVE pc gaming a million times more than console ¬¬

bumnut5608d ago

surely it can't be that much!

uie4rhig5605d ago

that's ... actually... pretty cheap.. or.. well .. maybe not depending on the benchmarks.. let's wait and see ^^,

they need to stop with this power hungry cards. how much power is this thing going to consume 250watts or maybe 300. i only buy single slot gx cards for a reason on mainly being that they dont consume a lot of power and they free up my other slots that i am going to use. is it the end of the single slot gx cards or is ati the only ones still wanting to make decent ones. to bad i only buy from evga because of there amazing customer service but i am growing tired of this huge power hungry cards. if i need more then 800watts its not worth it for me. ain't like a 8800gt or a 4850 cant play most games really good and better then consoles but i really dont like this newer cards direction.
