New Mass Effect Game Teased at The Game Awards With New Trailer

While we already know that there’s going to be a Mass Effect trilogy remaster set for release next year called “Mass Effect Legendary Edition,” EA just did the unthinkable and teased a new Mass Effect game at The Game Awards!

Pretty certain none of the old devs are still there, Hudson "left" just after coming back, and we literally know nothing about this new game. One that might be set post ME3 where everyone's techno-organic or whatever.

Great it can join Dragon Age as a game we'll be playing 5-6 years from now. Seriously why does Bioware keep doing this? These games are so far out so stop showing pointless CG trailers. Dragon Age was announced years ago and we've still yet to see anything from the actual game.

I hope they go back to the first game in terms of planet exploration. I loved the quiet exploration and weird experimentations you would run into.

This is obviously after the mass relays were destroyed (we see a destroyed relay in the trailer). The piece she picks up with N7 on it looks like part of Shepard's armor. I would say it's earth but we see a planet in the sky.

Its not Andromeda. We see a destroyed Mass Relay in the trailer. They didn't have those in Andromeda.

They're in the milky way for sure. You can see a broken Mass Relay. I'm not sure of the planet where she picks up the N7 logo. I would say earth, but you can see a planet in the sky.

I miss the universe. They jumped the gun on canning Andromeda DLC way too earlier. Terrible business decision.

In away I am stoked and in away I am not I like Commander Shepard let's just hope the new Bioware learned their lesson with Andromeda and that EA doesn't rush them.
