"It is impossible to talk about the 2011 game without mentioning how much it feels like a relic of a different era. Within its first few hours, SR3 has already alluded to colonialism being a good thing, insulted various groups via some of the hairstyle and taunts and their names, and included a few missions featuring mindless NPC women who are only called hos and whores. It sucks. And it might be easy to say “Well, that was nearly a decade ago…” but I don’t think that excuses a lot of the content and jokes.Thankfully, a lot of Saints Row: The Third is focused on larger-than-life gang leaders, friends hanging out and big action setpieces, so you can mostly avoid the gross aspects." Kotaku says.
Saints Row The Third Remastered Is Free to claim on Epic Games Store For a limited time. For anyone wanting to take a plunge{as they very well should) into this wacky woohoo GTA-inspired series now is as good a time as ever.
This week's video game deals are almost spookily good. We've got sales on everything from Saints Row to Disney Tsum Tsum Festival. Take a look.
After its latest update, Saints Row The Third Remastered is currently completely broken and unplayable on the PC platform.
The Epic Store version is a complete mess, but not the cracked version. Gotta love that.
Just play the original. It's cheaper (currently $2.49), it works and you don't have to deal with EGS.

Wow... Saved me a click... Who appointed these wastes of skin as reviewers? This must be the most miserable soul on Earth...
Game looks exceptional and one of the best remasters I've seen. Everyone should check out digital foundry's analysis video so you can see for yourself. I plan on getting this game soon, my first SR game ever, simply so I can support these developers for going above and beyond.
Was curious but then realised Kotaku, which don’t hold much weight of opinion since they’re offended by almost anything.
