Only this game for me. Sadly no release date. I expected better graphics but it's ok.

Now all i wish for is huge battles with huge armies. I don't want mods to do that, i want the developers designing this option..

Why needlessly gimp the game so it's playable on Xbox? RTS just doesn't work on a controller, and I'd prefer a more PC centric sequel to something like AoE. Do you really want another Halo Wars?

Xbox is a platform, it's not just a console anymore. All Microsoft games including Age of Empire, Flight Simulator, Gears Tactics etc... will have an Xbox logo.

Ignoring control issues i doubt the CPU would be able to handle large scale battles ect that well, you'd have to make something simpler game like Halo Wars which i doubt fans of the series want.

No RTS games do not work as well on consoles, the exception being games designed with the console and controllers from the ground up. You say mouse and keyboard support is a thing which is true, but they still have to design the game with the controller in mind, they aren't about to release a game that requires a mouse and keyboard on the Xbox. Just buy a PC if you want to play RTS games instead of wanting them gimped and hollowed out to fit onto a controller.

LotR Battle for Middle Earrth on 360 was fun. It was respected.

And especially talking MS owned IPs...they sjouldnt be lazy.

This game is not the same without esemble studio developing it. They killed them a long time ago.

sometimes change is good. I used to say God of War was not the same without Kratos being able to jump but the PS4 version changed my mind. it was able to overcome the naysayers and stand on its own. This game may do the same.

That's one way to get around controls but RTS games are CPU intensive, with what they showed i doubt they'd be able to get this game running smoothly on current hardware, maybe there next system.

Well they announced a new keyboard and mouse combo that sits on your lap.......it's a razor......plus I'm sure you'll be able to have a full yoke and throttle setup for Xbox. They've done that before.
