When news arrived that Ubisoft would be releasing The Division 2; it was received with eager anticipation from many gamers. The Division has remained popular and has been supported with some paid DLC as well as numerous free updates which have added several new areas, game modes, and online options for players. With this in mind, Skewed and Reviewed have posted an Opinion Piece on what they would like to see added to the game to make the sequel even better.
Time to gear up and save the day as the latest DLC for The Division 2 is here.
Haven't touched division 2 in 4 years but this dlc brought me back, still astonished by the graphics of this game and the attention to detail. Brooklyn dlc map is content packed with decent about of collectibles and side activities. Thinking of getting the premium pass, because I'll be doing 100% dlc completion.
To celebrate The Division 2’s sixth anniversary, Ubisoft shared a dev diary which included a sneak peek at the Battle for Brooklyn DLC, showing off Washington Street, the iconic view of Brooklyn Bridge, along with combat against the Cleaners.
The Division 2 celebrates year 6 with some interesting events.
I would have preferred to see an expansion rather than a sequel. The game is barely two years old, and for an online game it's nothing.
60fps on consoles is my number 1.
I rather see a sequel than more expansions, which aren't bad because they do add to the gameplay with extra modes etc......but if they can truly redo the game the first time unlike the previous one then i'm all for it. I'd also like to see the dark zone redone in the sequel from the way it is now, you can't go solo and farm for items without getting jacked by rogue agents which makes you not want to go into the dark zone. I hoping in the sequel that that fix this problem, I believe something like a select option be can added......like when your going into a checkpoint and after you get your weapons or whatever else you need and you go to the door to go in the dark zone and option comes up for solo or multiplayer gameplay which you have to pick before you can proceed, for people who want to go solo they click that option and while they're in the dark zone all the enemies will be NPC's just as if it was multiplayer but none of them will turn rogue when they attack when your trying to extract items etc......the multiplayer option would be just like it is now.......there won't be a need for 2 dark zones on one map, use just one (just like how in need for speed rivals where you can play solo and multiplayer and the same time etc...
I truly believe this will make the dark zone experience 100x better for everyone, people won't have to go into the dark zone with the worry of getting jacked for their items and can farm in peace......IMHO.
I'm late to the party, only just got to level 17. Game is a bit meh as a single player experience, I get that it's not built for that. The environments are pretty dull and from one block to the next there just isn't much variety. Don't really feel like there's a reason to explore and it the story is lifeless. The mechanics are a bit clunky too.
Loot is all good, building the ops base is interesting and the difficulty is just about right though I must say.
Certainly agree the dark zone should have a none PVP area.
