While the PlayStation 4 doesn't necessarily need a price reduction, it would benefit Sony greatly this holiday season. WWG explains the reasons why.
There's allegedly already going to be a price drop next week for PS4 dropping it to $270 to get rid of the 500GB models http://www.playstationlifes...
Something is off about that. Aren't the 1TB models only $299?
Yeah they are, what's your point
Wait so it needs it "NOW" to benefit them greatly for the holiday season in about 2 to 3 months time? Okay.
Yeah....don't see the point. Drop the price for the fall and bundle Horizon Zero Dawn. Then permanently reduce the price in February.
People are still buying it at the current price .
This whole story seems a little incomplete because the 1TB is 299.99. And the Amazon 500GB bundle is 268.00. It might just be that Target is trying to compete with Amazon.
