Every video game has something to say, even terrible ones that most people would tell you to stay away from.
Deadly Premonition is a weird, weird cocktail that doesn't go down smooth for everyone, but it's still absolutely worth sampling.
It’s sooooo janky but the story is so good and the agent is so quirky I loved it thouroughly, the story is that good that you can actually make it through all of its jankiness and issues .
It’s a diamond in the rough and rough is saying lighly.
This game deserves a remake out of any game I can think of .
If they fixed the combat ,driving and movement this would be one of my favorite games all time and it already is in a way.
I enjoyed this back during ps3 days. I'd buy it again if they re released it fixed up a little. I had fun with it.
Twinfinite: "Sometime comedy and horror are one and the same! Find out which moments from our favorite horror games made us laugh instead of cry."
ok I believe that Deadly Premonition 2 scene described in the article, takes the cake! Although one could argue that there are so many memorable ridiculous moments in this game.
Of course Sunset Overdrive gets a nod. It's Insomniac!
I personally think there's better on gamepass then what was listed. State of decay imo is better then anything listed. Recore seemed alright for what I played on there also.
Odd that he specified 'Game Pass Ultimate' instead of just 'Game Pass' just so he could include a relatively weak choice comparably in 'Alice: Madness Returns' which is available with EA Play. SoD was a far better overlooked game to have listed.
Know what? This title is inane that it only feel like a waste to read the authors case.
They're bad if not broken games. In the case of Aliens: CM something that was over promised and well under delivered. Regarding that title specifically its not only bad judgement to try and defend it but asinine. Is indication, if it honestly being used to present a case in the article that bad games should become accepted, that the author is doing the wrong job.
